AppleCare + is an insurance product that gives you direct technical support from Apple and hardware coverage for up to two years for AirPods, Beats earbuds and Beats earbuds, including up to two cases of accidental damage over a 12-month period. For each case, a deductible of NOK 290 is added. The coverage applies from the original purchase date for AppleCare +. The AppleCare + agreement applies in addition to a consumer's right to free repair, compensation, price reduction or refund from the seller or a previous seller in the distribution chain for items that do not comply with the sales agreement within two years of delivery, or up to five years from delivery for items intended to last significantly longer than two years, according to the Consumer Purchase Act of 2022.
